Stars With Tax ProblemsBALTIMORE (WJZ) — A rollback collision left an on-board vehicle hanging from an overpass on I-95 South along Washington Boulevard.
Capt. Jeff Long reports.
The BMW slid off the rollback during the incident and was hanging over a guardrail.
It appears that about three vehicles were involved in the accident.
Traffic is backed up. One lane remains open near the scene of the accident.
The ramp from Northbound I-95 to Washington Boulevard is closed.
