BALTIMORE (WJZ)—More than a dozen people were injured in a serious accident involving a school bus on Tuesday afternoon.

Eleven students were injured when a school bus collided with a minivan at Ensor and Madison streets in East Baltimore.

Investigators say the National Academy Foundation girls soccer team bus crashed as it was going to Baltimore Polytechnic Institute for a match.

The girls were taken to various area hospitals.

The driver of the minivan and a pedestrian were also injured in the accident and are hospitalized.
