Middle School Student In Edgewater Arrested For Bringing Loaded BB Gun To School
EDGEWATER, Md. (WJZ)-- A middle school student in Edgewater is arrested and could face charges after bringing a loaded BB gun and an unloaded air pistol to school and threatening two students.
The incident happened at Central Middle School.
The school said two students reported seeing the boy with a gun after noon on Thursday. Administrators searched the boy's locker and found the weapons in a backpack.
The school's principal commended the two students who came forward with the information in a letter sent to parents about the incident.
