FREDERICK, Md. (AP) — Frederick police have charged a 37-year-old woman with assaulting a police officer after officers say she kicked one during her arrest.
Helga Marin of Frederick is also charged with disorderly conduct and other offenses after Friday’s incident.
The Frederick News-Post reports that police were called to the Greene Turtle after Marin allegedly refused to leave the business. Officers say when they escorted Marin outside, she kicked one officer three times.
