UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) — Prince George’s County Police have arrested a Hyattsville man in the fatal drive-by shooting of a 14-year-old boy in Lewisdale.

Officers say 24-year-old Jose Luis Rodriguez-Nunez was arrested shortly after Wednesday’s shooting and formally charged Thursday.

Fourteen-year-old Eliezer Benjamin Reyes of Lewisdale was shot and killed as he walked with a group. An adult male was injured in the crime.
