Man Slain, Toddler Shot In Seat Pleasant
SEAT PLEASANT, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County police say a 25-year-old man was fatally shot as he held a 2-year-old boy, and the boy was shot in the arm.
Police say they believe Nicoh Mayhew, 25, was targeted. The toddler's injuries are not life threatening.
The shooting occurred shortly after 10 a.m. Monday at a garden-style apartment building in Seat Pleasant.
Police spokeswoman Julie Parker says two people were seen fleeing the scene in a black BMW sedan.
