FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Frederick police say they expect traffic congestion during the funeral procession of local civil rights leader Lord Nickens.

They will be directing traffic Saturday afternoon in the city's north end between the International Community Church and Resthaven Memorial Gardens on U.S. 15.
