Investigators say David Mack, 77, was hit and killed on North Point Road near Delmar Avenue in Edgemere Thursday night.
Police say Mack was struck by one vehicle, then run over by another vehicle.
Both vehicles fled the scene.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
