Police: Man Fatally Shot In Downtown D.C.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Police are investigating a fatal shooting in downtown D.C. that happened overnight.

Police say Paul Aime Tanoh Danzo, 24, of Laurel, Md., was shot multiple times in the head just before 3 a.m. Thursday at 17th and L streets, near the Farragut North Metro station.

Authorities are investigating whether the shooting stemmed from a nightclub dispute that spilled into the streets.

No arrests have been made.
