I understand the realities of the salary cap and all the cold business side of the NFL so I am ok with the moves that have been made. I also believe very strongly that the Ravens are gonna be a playoff team yet again next season.

However, seeing Ed Reed in that Texans cap and watching him hold up the blue and red number 20 jersey about broke my heart. I’ll remember the excitement he gave us all over his Ravens’ career and I will never forget the look on my young son’s face when Ed ran over to shake his hand when he spied my boy wearing his jersey.

Not much to say today except thanks for the memories and good luck in Houston. You will be missed.
