Woman Seriously Injured In Harford County Car Crash

JOPPA, Md. (WJZ) -- A Harford County woman is pulled from the wreckage of a car crash in Joppa.

It happened late Thursday night at Pulaski Highway and Joppa Road.

That's where police say two vehicles collided, trapping a woman behind the wheel of her car.

Emergency crews had to extricate the 53-year-old from the wreckage.

She was taken to Johns Hopkins in serious but stable condition.

The other driver, a 59-year-old man,  suffered non-life threatening injuries in the crash and is in stable condition.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
