CSN New England’s Sean McAdam joins The Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn to discuss Orioles versus Red Sox. Sean talks about the fast start that the Red Sox are off to right now. Sean talks about the addition of “character guys” that the Sox have brought in, like Shane Victorino and Mike Napoli. McAdam talks about the rivalry brewing between Red Sox and the Orioles, starting with 2011, when the Orioles knocked the Sox out of the playoffs. We also touch on the way the AL East has changed.

“I think there’s a feeling that its kind of a new day in the East. Where there might not be any great teams, but there’s a lot of good teams that could finish anywhere from first to fifth.” – Sean McAdam

Sean goes on to talk about how this division is going to be about who can keep their team the healthiest, as well as who makes the best moves come the trade deadline. McAdam talks about the ending of the streak that the Red Sox have of consecutive games sold out at Fenway Park, and how it might be a good thing. Sean goes on to talk about the Red Sox prospects, and who to watch for.
