Dundalk Man Faces 13 Counts Of Child Pornography

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Sickening accusations. A Dundalk man is accused of producing child pornography and victimizing children as young as 2 years old.

Some of the victims are his own family members.

Meghan McCorkell has details on how he was caught.

Investigators say a close acquaintance found disturbing images on David Fisher's computer and contacted police.

David Fisher, 42, faces more than a dozen child pornography charges.

"It's very scary. Very, very, very, very scary," said Rebecca Lemmings, neighbor.

According to an arrest warrant, police believe Fisher videotaped children--ranging in age from two to 12--engaging in sexual acts with adults. Some of the victims were his own family members.

A search of his email shows Fisher may have solicited other victims. One message asked: "You have any five to 13-year-old sisters or friends?"

"Anyone that recognizes this individual--specifically any young children who recognize this individual, that may have been wronged by this person--the Baltimore Police Department is strongly urging that you contact us," said Anthony Guglielmi, Baltimore City Police.

Police got a search warrant for Fisher's apartment and inside found more than 1,000 computer files with explicit images of children.

Investigators confiscated three cell phones, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, an Xbox, seven VHS tapes and a Sony monitor.

Neighbors in this quiet Dundalk community are in disbelief.

"It makes people worried. The whole neighborhood is full of children," said Jason Lemmings, neighbor.

"It makes me very sick. It's a sick thing," said Frank Perseghin, neighbor.

One man who knew Fisher says he had no clue.

"Nothing showed a prevalence, anything that he had any kind of activity with pornography--much less child pornography," the man said.

Now David Fisher could spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Police are looking into whether Fisher himself is in some of those videos with the children. Anyone who suspects their child may have been victimized should contact police.

Fisher was also busted for soliciting a minor after police lured him to a location by posing as a 14-year-old girl.
