I had the chance to sample the new summer menu and wanted to share a few memorable dishes with you. Be sure to order the smoked shrimp agnolotti as a starter, the perfect way to begin your dinner. My husband opted for a market pizza as a starter, arugula pesto, asparagus, peas, farm egg, ricotta and truffle pecorino. It's summer on a plate.
I loved the Amish brick chicken with Jasmine rice, and the fresh Florida snapper is another perfect Summer dish. We ordered a side of corn succotash, it was farm fresh. Be sure to ask your server to suggest a craft cocktail to pair with your dinner. I loved the coppertop made with gin, ginger syrup, lemon juice and pepper.
