Wreck Slows Traffic On I-95 At Mountain Road
JOPPA, Md. (WJZ) -- An accident brings traffic to a crawl in Harford County.
An apparent tractor trailer crash has been reported on I-95 at Mountain Road in Joppa.
All but one lane of traffic is closed on the northbound side.
Drivers in the area are urged to use Route 40 or Route 7 as an alternative.
