WOODLAWN, Md. (WJZ) — Baltimore County Police are asking the public to help find 53-year-old Clarence Tipton of the unit block of Duke of Windsor Court in Woodlawn.

Police say a family friend called 911 July 6 at 11 p.m. to report that Tipton failed to return home from a trip to Sam’s Deli in the 6700-block of Windsor Mill Road.

Tipton left home to walk to the deli at 7:30 p.m. that same day.

Tipton is a white male, 5’8″ tall, 170 pounds, with gray hair and dark eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt, brown jeans and black shoes.

He has medical conditions that require daily medication and may be in need of treatment. He does not have a vehicle.
