Man Guilty Of Sexually Assaulting Woman Passed Out At Party

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A Maryland man has pleaded guilty to sexual abuse charges after assaulted a woman after she passed out at a party in her home.

Twenty-eight-year-old Antawon Randall of Capital Heights entered the plea Thursday in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He faces a maximum 20-year prison term at sentencing Oct. 11.

According to government evidence, the victim and her husband had a party on Sept. 8. Prosecutors say the woman drank too much alcohol and passed out.

Officials say Randall waited until the woman's husband left for work, then sneaked into her bedroom and sexually her while she was unconscious.
