Single Vehicle Accident Causes Backups In Elkridge

ELKRIDGE, Md. (WJZ) -- Backups are building after a single vehicle accident in Howard County.

It happened on the ramp from I-895 onto I-95 southbound through Elkridge.

Paramedics removed the driver from the car.

Traffic on the ramp is backed up about a quarter of a mile.
