Anne Arundel Co. Police Look For Woman Who They Believe Is Involved In Hit-And-Run

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- Anne Arundel County Police are looking for a woman who is accused of hitting a pedestrian and then leaving the scene.

It happened just before 11 a.m. on Oct. 18. in a parking lot in the 8400-block of Fort Smallwood Road.

Police say the front passenger side of the woman's silver Saturn struck a 62-year-old man attempting to cross the parking lot in front of her vehicle.

Police say the vehicle then exited the lot onto southbound Fort Smallwood Road at a high rate of speed and left the area.

The victim was taken to Baltimore Washington Medical Center for treatment.
