WEATHER BLOG: Sunny And Seasonable

#mdwx: High pressure will continue to build in overnight, bringing us mostly clear skies and cool temps with lows forecast in the mid 30s.

A cold front will approach the region Monday before passing through Monday night. It will not bring us anything in the way of rainfall, but perhaps a few clouds during its passage late in the day on Monday.

High pressure will then build back in through mid-week as temps warm-up into the mid-60s by Wednesday and near 70 for Halloween.

A potent area of low pressure and its associated cold front will then move into the region between Thursday and Friday. The going forecast brings rain into our neighborhood starting Thursday night with the most widespread rainfall occurring into Friday morning.

For now, we are keeping things dry for the trick-or-treaters, but this system will have to be monitored closely through the week.
