WEATHER BLOG: On The Weather Map

There is high pressure centered in western Virginia and a low pressure area up near Lake Superior. We will have some clouds at times Saturday between the eastward moving low and the high pressure fading to the south. There could be a solid shield of high or mid clouds for a few hours, but in general more sunshine than clouds and not nearly the gusty winds of Friday.

So all in all, a cooler than normal day, but we will take it for a November weekend. A dry night Saturday and there will be some clouds and at times a breeze. The upper level energy should go by far north Sunday. A drying northwest wind picks up for us with gusts to 35 that keeps precipitation out of our area. Saturday's high will be in the mid 50s...Sunday's high will be about 60.
