WEATHER BLOG: Bundle Up!

An arctic air mass is moving in and there is enough energy associated with it to bring a flurry to spots Saturday night and Sunday, mainly north and west.

The big story continues to be the blustery and cold January-like weather through Sunday.

We did lower the low temperature as cold advection is strong through the night. Saturday we had a low of 40 that occurred in the morning and the high of 57 occurred shortly after midnight Friday night. Our official low for the 24-hour day will probably be reached just before midnight Saturday night.

We can expect the coldest day of the next five to be Sunday and the coldest night to be Sunday night. Blustery and windy conditions will make it feel like the teens outside! Bundle up!
