Woman Dies In Hagerstown After Being Hit By 2 Cars

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- The Washington County Sheriff's Office says a woman is dead after being struck by two cars in Hagerstown.

The sheriff's office says the accident happened at East Magnolia Avenue and Hollymead Terrace on Sunday at around 6:15 p.m. The sheriff's office says the woman, 49-year-old Judith Donna Greenwald of Hagerstown, was hit by the driver of a Nissan Versa as she walked in the roadway and was then struck by a pickup truck.

The sheriff's office says both drivers stopped to help Greenwald, but she later died at a hospital.
