Man Fatally Shot In Downtown Hagerstown
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Hagerstown police say they're investigating the shooting death of a man who was found lying on a downtown street.
Capt. Thomas Langston says the shooting shortly before noon Friday appears to have stemmed from an isolated dispute.
Police say the victim died of a single gunshot wound. He was found in the 100-block of East Baltimore Street, a mixed residential and commercial area about five blocks from the city center.
