Officers say about 12:45 a.m. Thursday, Marroquin-Rodriguez and another man got into an argument at LuPita's Restaurant.

Police tell The Capital of Annapolis that the victim was walking home when Marroquin-Rodriguez approached him, hugged him and stabbed him in the stomach.
