Baltimore Police Investigate Non-Fatal Shooting
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore police are investigating a non-fatal shooting.
According to police, a man was in the 2200-block of E. Oliver Street when he was approached by two men. Police say one shot the victim in the torso. Both men then fled.
The victim is in critical but stable condition.
