Norris & Davis: Jon Bones Jones And Glover Teixeria On UFC 172 In Baltimore
We had both members of the UFC 172 main event on the show. UFC 172 will happen April 26th at the Baltimore Arena.
It all started with Jonny Bones Jones who joined us and talked about how excited he was to be a part of the first ever UFC event in Baltimore. Jonny also talked about how blessed the Jones family is to have himself succeeding in his chosen sport and having brothers Arthur and Chandler both thriving in the NFL. Bones Jones also talked about his daughters and how they don't see what he does for a living as violent and that despite that he doesn't let them watch his fights live.

Then the challenger Glover Teixeira joined the show to give his thoughts on the upcoming championship bout. Glover talked about how despite being from Brazil he was not into MMA originally when he moved to America but he got into it to stay in shape. Glover said he does not try to build up animosity with his opponents because at the end of the day skills and positioning will decide who wins the fight not anything before the fight. Glover said this is the biggest fight of his life and said he will knock out Jones and take the belt.
