Brown Opens Offices In Prince George's, Howard Counties
UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) -- Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown has opened campaign offices in Prince George's and Howard counties.
Brown, who is running for governor, opened the offices Sunday. Brown already had his headquarters office in a different location in Prince George's County, as well as an office in Baltimore. The campaign says it plans to open a Montgomery County office soon.
Brown is one of three candidates running in the June 24 Democratic primary. The others are Douglas Gansler, the state's attorney general, and Del. Heather Mizeur.
They're hoping to replace Gov. Martin O'Malley, who is stepping down because of term limits.
