Teen Arrested After Slapping Girl's Buttocks At Annapolis Mall
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- A teen is arrested and charged with a sex offense at Annapolis Mall.
An 18-year-old girl first told mall security a male suspect slapped her buttocks while a friend videotaped the incident on his iPhone.
Several witnesses were then able to obtain a partial tag number for the suspect's vehicle.
The 16-year-old was eventually booked and charged as a juvenile.
He faces several counts, including second-degree assault and fourth-degree sex offense.
