Harford County Deputies Investigate Attempted Murder/Suicide
STREET, Md. (WJZ) -- Harford County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a shooting and suicide which occurred on Friday evening.
According to officials, they were called to the 3700-block of Burkins Road for shots fired. When they arrived, they found a dead man and a woman who had been shot in the abdomen.
Officials say the two were romantically involved. They say the 27-year-old man began damaging the 29-year-old woman's car. When she confronted him, they argued and authorities say he shot her. He then shot himself in the head.
The woman is listed in critical condition at Shock Trauma. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
