Baltimore Man Arrested In Connection With Fatal Shooting
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- City police arrest a man in connection with a fatal shooting in West Baltimore.
Tymel Harris, 21, faces a number of charges, including first- and second-degree murder.
Police say Harris shot Jerard Monroe multiple times in the 2800-block of Edmondson Avenue.
Monroe was taken to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Detectives worked with members of the community to identify Harris.
