WEATHER BLOG: Increasing Sunshine

Sunday will feature improvement compared to Saturday's weather as clouds are already breaking up and providing sunshine across the region.

High pressure centered over New England will keep our dew points on the comfortable side in the mid 50s. Sunday will be a perfect time to get outside and enjoy with weather with highs forecast in the low/mid 80s.

Sunday night will be a dry night with cool overnight lows in the upper 50s to right around 60.

Monday, high pressure will shift our winds out of the southeast. This shift in wind direction will be reflected in our air temperature with seasonable high temperatures. On Tuesday, a low pressure system will move through the Great Lakes with a trailing cold front through the Midwest into the Ohio Valley. As it edges closer, our chances for rain will be on the rise as early as Tuesday night and our weather pattern will be somewhat unsettled through the remainder of the week.
