WEATHER BLOG: The Heat Is On

There will be an active zone of t-storms tonight to our north and west. We will have to keep a close eye on the radars, especially for areas north and west of the city, otherwise, a rainfree night is coming up for most. Tomorrow the heat will really be on as highs soar into the mid 90s with heat indices nearing 100 by the afternoon. Chances for showers and t-storms are in the forecast tomorrow afternoon and evening, some may bring strong to severe weather, especially north and west of the city. Scattered showers and t-storms are also possible on Wednesday and some may linger into Thursday before we dry out and cool off.
