WEATHER BLOG: Summer Is Back

After topping out below average for the past few days… we will be returning to more summer-like weather during the upcoming week. Official high today at BWI was 81°… that's 6 degrees below the 30-year average for June 20th. Thanks to an east wind today and extra cloud cover, we stayed cooler. That all changes tomorrow as our winds shift out of the south. We will be a few degrees milder by tomorrow afternoon along with increasing humidity. With dew points on the rise, shower activity will be possible during the afternoon and early evening. Best chances will be north and west of Baltimore.
