Former Orioles Short Stop Mike Bordick On The Win Over Seattle

Mike Bordick is a former Orioles short stop who now does play-by-play for the teams television broadcasts.

Mike joined Ed and Steve to talk about the series against the Mariners.

Mike started by talking about the Orioles starters in particular Wei Yin Chen last night saying “under the teaching of Dave Wallace they’ve progressed and their competitiveness has risen and they’re peaking.” When talking about Bud Norris Mike said “when he came here and realized he was in a competitive situation…he had to figure out ways to get great hitters out to have success in the AL East.” Mike went on to talk more about the pitching the team has received this year and why it has improved so much.
