Jeremy Conn: AFC Predictions

Here are my predictions for how the AFC will finish this year and who we will see in the postseason. Ill give my Super Bowl prediction at the end.

AFC East...Everyone, including myself, believe that this is the Patriots division to lose. I believe the Bills will surprise and be a little better than expected. The Jets will be an average team, but they will be a tough out when they play at home. The dolphins are going to have to many problems on offense.

1. Patriots
2. Bills
3. Jets
4. Dolphins

AFC West..The Broncos are the cream of the crop and will win this division again. I do like the Chargers to make the playoffs and finish second. The Chiefs will fall back this year after playing above their heads last year. The Raiders, will be the Raiders for another season.

1. Broncos
2. Chargers (Wild Card)
3. Chiefs
4. Raiders

AFC North... I think this race will come down to the final 2 games of the year. I have the Bengals edging out the Ravens but both teams will make the playoffs. The Steelers for the first time in their history will miss the playoffs for 3 consecutive years. The Browns will be better, but wont be able to compete will the top 3 teams in this division.

1. Bengals
2. Ravens (Wild Card)
3. Steelers
4. Browns

AFC South.... I don't see anybody giving the Colts trouble in this division. I think the Texans bounce back and play well, but without a QB, they will fall short of the playoffs. Tennessee will do what it does every year and finish middle of the pack. Jacksonville will be much improved but they will still finish 4th.

1. Colts
2. Texans
3. Titans
4. Jaguars

Playoffs

NFC Championship... Packers over the Saints

AFC Championship... Broncos over the Bengals

I have the Broncos beating the Packers in the Super Bowl.

Broncos will be the Super Bowl XLIX Champion
