WEATHER BLOG: Sunday

Unseasonably cool conditions today and with the high pressure in the Ohio Valley moving eastward, we will see a windy day as well. Temperatures will hold in the lower 50s today with a mix of sun and clouds. High pressure will build in tonight from the west and that will allow for our winds to go calm and our temperatures to fall into the 30s. This will give some regions their first frost of the season west of the I-95. Quickly the high pressure shifts out into the Atlantic which shifts our winds out of the south which will allow for a warmer day. A low pressure moving through the Great Lakes will stream clouds in from the west by the afternoon, so while the morning will start out with sunny skies we will see clouds stream in from the west by the evening. Depending on the timing of the clouds we could see a really pretty sunset tomorrow evening. Tomorrow night the low pressure will continue to slide to the east into
western NY/PA. A trough digging into the Mid-West today will move slide through the Great Lakes tonight into the Northeast tomorrow night.
