Morgan State Powers Past Delaware State 69-7

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Moses Skillon threw for five touchdowns and ran in a sixth to lead Morgan State to a 69-7 win over Delaware State on Saturday.

Skillon finished with 261 yards on 16-of-24 passing and added 64 yards rushing on 17 carries in the win, which set a new Morgan State record for most passing TDs in a game and tied a school record set in 1966 for most points scored in a game.

Andrew King hauled in three of those touchdown throws and finished with 118 yards on eight catches. Landen Malbrough had a 72-yard TD catch and Ricky Fisk pulled in an 8-yarder for the Bears (7-5, 6-2 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference).

Nathan Ayers had two interceptions, including one he pitched to Peterson Janvier for a 62-yard touchdown, and Donyae Olton recovered a Delaware State (2-10, 2-6) fumble into the end zone for a TD as well.
