WEATHER BLOG: Storm Coming
We are now awaiting the pre-Thanksgiving coastal storm that will be causing travel headaches for millions up and down the East Coast. Here in Maryland, precipitation will move in between 1-4AM. It will start as rain near the city and southeast, mix with snow north and west. We will see a transition to snow throughout the day tomorrow from northwest to southeast. The Delmarva will stay as mainly rain though throughout the day. Precipitation will end between 4-7PM. Snow totals will range from a coating to 1" in the city with 1-3" possible outside of the beltway. 3-6" possible north and west with 6 or more possible at the higher elevations and up into PA.
