Police say the victim, 28-year-old Edward W. Hayden III, of Abingdon was reported missing at approximately 7:18 on Sunday night.

Four hours after the initial missing persons report, authorities say they discovered a body in the Susquehanna River near Havre de Grace. Hayden's body was positively identified around 10:30 a.m. Monday, police said.

After further investigation, police say they have charged 28-year-old Sean Thomas Turkot, and 29-year-old Alexander William Smoot for the fatal stabbing.
