WEATHER BLOG: Warmer But Rainy Sunday

Official high today at BWI was 34°. That's around 7° below our average for this time of year and it felt cold despite the abundant sunshine throughout the day. Tomorrow, we will not be as cold as we were today. Highs, in fact, may reach above average for this time of year by the afternoon with highs forecast in the mid 40°s. We will also be dealing with some rain tomorrow, some of which may be heavy at times. Rain will move in between 4-7am and some light icing may be possible at the onset for the higher elevations in western Maryland as well as portions of northern Maryland. Rain should exit the region during the afternoon.
