Police: Missing 11-Year-Old Boy Found Safe And Unharmed

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) — Baltimore City Police have safely located a missing boy.

Police say 11-year-old Rayquan Smith was found safe and unharmed Saturday.

He was last seen Friday, Jan. 23 in the 5600 block of Govane Ave.
