David Zurawik Finds The Silver Lining In The Brian Williams Situation

David Zurawik is the television and media critic for The Baltimore Sun.

David joined Ed and Ken to talk about the Brian Williams saga.

David started off by talking about Brian Williams and a possible silver lining saying "it reminds news organizations that they can't totally ignore journalism...he did all this show biz stuff and would make mistakes and nobody seem to care."

David also talked about how NBC once hired Chelsea Clinton for $600,000 a year without having any broadcast experience.

David finished up by talking about how the sports world has a lot of bad reporting and erroneous stories that go on to ruin people's reputations and lives, but he did acknowledge his respect and admiration for "good sports reporters."
