Orioles Kick Off Season With 'Operation Orange' Rallies

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—The Baltimore Orioles are kicking off their 2015 season with "Operation Orange" rallies for fans.

Fans can expect autograph sessions, giveaways, prizes and more during multiple rallies taking place April 6th through April 11th

The first "Operation Orange" will be held at the Official Oriole's Team Store in the York Galleria Mall on Monday April 6th, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Orioles Radio Network along with former Orioles catcher Chris Hoiles will be in attendance.

On Tuesday, April 7, the rally will be held at Dempsey's Brew Pub & Restaurant at Camden Yards from 5:00- 7:30 p.m. Officials say former Orioles pitcher Rick Krivda will be on hand to sign autographs beginning at 6:00 p.m.

The third "Operation Orange" rally will take place on Thursday April 9 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Autobahn Indoor Speedway. Fans will have a chance to meet former Orioles outfielder Larry Bigbie.

If you're in Canton and Fells Point on Wednesday, April 8th, the Orioles street team will be on the prowl dishing out free giveaways as well.

Officials say the rally schedule concludes on Saturday, April 11 at the annual "Birds are Back" rally at the TownMall of Westminster. Orioles pitchers Zach Britton, Miguel Gonzalez and former Oriole Larry Bigbie will be at the event.
