WEATHER BLOG: Sunny Weekend

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday 70, today maybe 75. That is called living large! It look like a sunny weekend and just as warm. (Cue the other shoe dropping)

Tomorrow and Friday we will see some showers as a coastal storm develops. This should not be a huge hit to the beach resorts, all of which are gearing up for the "seasons" start in 3 weeks, but it will be a couple of days of rain there nonetheless.

(Is nonetheless spelled that way or this- none the less? Spell  check approves them both SMH!)

It's an Orange Wednesday folks. The ChiSox and O's play today under the most unique situation in the history of MLB. But they do play, and we do wear orange in support. It's baseball, or as James Earl Jones spoke so eloquently in, "Field of Dreams",…

"The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It's been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt, and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game, is a part of our past, Ray. It reminds us of all that once was good, and it could be again. "

Orange Wednesday, and a pretty one at that. Amen.
