West River Man Arrested On Child Pornography Charges

WEST RIVER, Md. (AP) -- Anne Arundel County Police have arrested a West River man on child pornography charges.

Twenty-two-year-old Sergei William Noack was arrested Friday and charged with 10 counts of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography.

Detectives say they received a tip and raided a home in West River. Authorities say child pornography was found on computers seized in the raid.
