Baltimore Youth Learn Distracted Driving Dangers

The program uses a high-tech simulator to educate teens about the dangers of texting while driving.
The simulator allows participants to experience the potential consequences of distracted driving.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, teens have the highest number of distraction related crashes.
