WEATHER BLOG: Heavy Rains On Tap

A weekend that is likely to bring some heavy rains to some areas is on tap, as the remnants of tropical depression Bill come our way. We do expect to see about one to as much as three inches of rain all starting Saturday night and ending some time on Father's Day, Sunday. The system will continue to move away later on and give us more sunshine and warmer temps on Monday--just in time to dry out for the work week. We already have flood watches that will begin Saturday night for almost the entire area from West Virginia to New Jersey. Stay tuned for further updates all weekend long.
