Tree Crashes Into Home In Glenmont

GLENMONT, Md. (WJZ)—A tree crashes into a home in Montgomery County Saturday after powerful storms swept through Maryland.

It happened in the 1500 block of Winding Waye Lane in Glenmont.

Officials say an occupant of the home was trapped in the bedroom for a short time before she was extricated. She was not injured in the incident, authorities said.
