16-Year-Old Boy Missing From Children's Home Near Hagerstown

WILLIAMSPORT, Md. (AP) -- Police are searching for a 16-year-old boy who went missing from a children's home near Hagerstown.

The Herald Mail of Hagerstown reports that Isiah Donte Brooks was last seen on Friday night at the Cedar Ridge Children's Home in Williamsport.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office says in a news release that Brooks is a black male, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds with unknown tattoos on his chest. Authorities say he is believed to be traveling to the Baltimore area.

It was the third incident in which a teenager went missing from the home during a 48-hour span. On July 2, 16-year-old Marty Robert Fairchild went missing, was found, and went missing again later that night. He was later found in Howard County on Monday.
